My baby wanted to feed a lot, so I worried sometimes if I was producing enough milk for her.

I couldn't understand how other people with babies were out and about so easily. Mine always wanted to be held. People around me kept saying to relax and give her a bottle.

They didn’t understand that just giving her a bottle wasn’t the answer for me.

I figured out she was a baby who just really liked to be held. Going with the flow and adapting to her needs helped us get through.

My top tips are to get help with other things like housework, get a sling and some comfy clothes when your baby wants to feed a lot.
