You do turn a corner

Even though those first couple of days, those first couple of weeks, feel hard, you do turn a corner, and I even feel like I've done that. So, this weekend, I feel like I've come out the other side now, and it is one of the best things you can do for them anyway.

I guess you get an opportunity to watch them grow. So, it's only been three weeks, but already I'm starting to see a difference in his face. And all of the sleepless nights, and the long feeds, and the worries about his weight goes away, because you get to spend this quality time with them, and it's probably my favourite bit, because we had lots of cuddles as well. And you get to watch Netflix and eat lots of food.
